    • There is so much to praise Disney for with the publication of Toy Story. Let me start off by saying the story itself is great. All of the characters involved as well as the different adventures they seem to get into make a good book to say the least. Andy's relationship with Woody is actually really cute in my mind and i think it adds an extra touch to the book. The way Woody chases after Andy when he leaves him at home is hilarious of course but shows his devotion to Andy as well. Woody shows s [...]

    • This is such a fun book for young readers. Having toys come to life is just about every child's dream. I remember reading this book with my dad. That night I actually thought my toys would come out and play while I was sleeping. I really like this book as it teaches qualities that good friendships have. It also gives children the opportunity to use their imaginations about their toys at home. I would recommend this book for the classroom as many life lessons can come from it. There is also a mov [...]

    • 1. Disney Magical Stories2. 05/06 = 30 minutes 3. Andy favorite Woody new Buzz envy? Coopolate4. When you were a child, what did you often do?I often went to park and I played with my friends enjoying doing athretics. 5. I read TOY STORY long time no see! Therefore I didn't remember its story so much, and I was surprised at Woody because he didn't think Buzz well so much in the begining.

    • I'm in college as we'll with my friend Luccassa, and we read this book together and thought it was horrible and scary! He might have liked it, but me, it gave me nightmares all night. Think about it Talking LIVE toys. They portray how I see them in movie 2. That bear in movie 3, OMG! Hugs? That is like so last year! But he was evil in the end anyway

    • My children loved the book, loved the film but I didn't enjoy trailing round numerous shops in search of the most sought after toy of the year Buzz. The book is still a favourite with my grandchildren today. Recommended.

    • This is a story from my childhood. I grew up watching this movie, so reading the book brought back many memories. This story is about Andy, Woody, Buzz Light gear, and many other toys, also not to forget Sid. Whenever Andy would leave the room, the toys came to life. For Andy's birthday, he got a new toy, and all of the other toys became jealous. They tried to tell Buzz that he was only a toy but Buzz was convinced otherwise. "To infinity and beyond," Buzz would call. The adventures go from fall [...]

    • My love of reading started when i was young, and it gives me immense pleasure to provide books to Spread the Word Nevada, an organization that passes them on to children in the community. They are a terrific organization supporting an important cause. If your local I encourage you to check them out. For those living further a field, look in your own community, their may already be a similar program in place. And if not, you can always help start on. spreadthewordnevada/Myself, I go out on the we [...]

    • This book followed the movie spot on and simplified it in under 30 pages. The images where screenshots of the movie and the ones chosen where very effective in explaining the text. The story is told in a very inspiring form and allows the child to imagine a world where the toys have feelings, personalities, and relationships with each other. The child is allowed to go on this journey just as in the movie, appreciation for the value of who you are and where you are is gained in the book.

    • Many children have seen the movie Toy Story but not many have read the Disney version. Yes the story is shortened compared to the movie, but this is a fun fantasy story for students. Due to the fact that students have watched the movie (most likely) this book might help them practice their fluency while reading. They will be familiar with the story line so it might help them with comprehension as well. Overall I think this is a fun story and it relates to children.

    • This is essentially a novelization of the first Toy Story film. It's likely good for reluctant readers who are ready for chapter books but perhaps lack the motivation needed to challenge themselves to unknown plots, but otherwise it's fairly mundane. The Kindle version includes illustrations, but they're all grouped together on a few pages in the center of the book, which isn't very engaging for especially young readers.

    • I am in collage and can't seem to put this book down! The little horsie in the book is so pretty! But I don't understand this book Cowboy never ride horses, I mean seriously?!? Why doesn't woody ride the little slinky doggy, it's so cutesicles! And then there is that jerk astronaught thingie, why doesn't he go abuse his whole planet. Even though this book is VERY hard to understand, I can't seem to put it down!

    • Having just read three copies of Toy Story. This one definitely ranked the lowest. The pictures were a little brighter than those in Toy Story (ISBN13: 9781557238290), but the storyline was choppy in this one. The pictures were actually choppy too. The 4-yr-old I read this with was confused by the pictures with insets and pictures jumbled together. Toy Story with ISBN 1570824606 was definitely superior to this edition both in pictures and writing.

    • 6/14 60min7 word summary toys worry cheat selfish fall lost escapewhat was your the most favorite toy??well I think my most favorite toy was. teddy bear!!however, I lost it it was really sadI wanted to find itever, I could not.I have not finished to read it, however, I watched this movie!!therefore, I know this end of storytually, I prefer last series!!

    • I personally loved this book because I love the Toy Story movie. This has the same plot and story as the movies. I think this could really help a new reader because they already know the story of the movie. The words won't be as foreign to them. I would suggest this to a parent who is trying to teach their children to read.

    • I enjoyed reading this book. This copy of the book was just like the movie Toy Story. The pictures looked just like the characters do in the movie, too. Children loves books like this because they can compare them to the movie.

    • Toy Story is my favorite disney film of all time !!!!. i used to have all the disney books and i read them all this was a brilliant read when i was about 5 and most probably still will be lol XD
